Raj Computers & Printing provides printing, customization, documentation, branding, and related computer-based services. Our offerings may include, but are not limited to:

• ID cards, PVC cards, school and office stationery
• Flex printing, banners, posters, pamphlets, and promotional materials
• Photo printing, customized gifts, and personalized print products
• General computer services, online form support, and document processing

Service availability may vary depending on order quantity, technical feasibility, raw material availability, and production capacity.

Orders shall be processed only after confirmation of specifications such as design, content, quantity, pricing, timeline, and advance payment, wherever applicable. Once a customer has approved the final design, content, or order details, modifications may not be possible or may attract additional charges.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless expressly confirmed for a specific order. Payment terms may vary depending on the type, volume, and urgency of the work.

• Advance payment may be required before production begins
• Balance payment, if any, must be cleared as per agreed terms
• Taxes including GST shall be applicable wherever required under law

Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, spelling, layout, dimensions, images, logos, and other content submitted or approved for printing. Raj Computers & Printing shall not be liable for mistakes, omissions, or formatting issues that have already been approved by the customer before production.

All delivery or completion timelines are approximate and provided in good faith. Actual turnaround may vary depending on workload, design approval delays, machine issues, raw material availability, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Wherever possible, any major delay will be communicated to the customer.

Since many of our products are customized, printed, or made to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

• Orders already under production cannot usually be cancelled
• Refunds are generally not applicable on customized or printed items
• Replacement or reprint may be considered only in verified cases of production defect or incorrect supply from our side

Any complaint regarding damage, incorrect printing, material defect, quantity mismatch, or visible quality issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. After reviewing the complaint, we may decide to repair, replace, correct, or reprint the affected material, where the issue is found genuine and attributable to our production process.

Customers must ensure that any design, logo, photograph, artwork, text, trademark, or other material submitted for printing does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law. Raj Computers & Printing shall not be responsible for legal disputes arising from customer-provided content. The customer shall remain solely liable for any such claims, violations, or consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raj Computers & Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related loss arising out of the use of our website, services, or products. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the specific order or service directly in dispute.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order or service request that is unlawful, objectionable, technically unfeasible, abusive in nature, or inconsistent with our business policies and operational capacity.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon being published on this page, unless stated otherwise.
